Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of LDPWorkshop (ldpworkshop.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service
LDPWorkshop is a gear tracking and performance logging application for long distance pushing and related skateboarding disciplines. It allows users to track parts, build and version setups, log ride activity, and view analytics.
The service is provided as-is. During the beta period, features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use LDPWorkshop.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts for others without their consent. You may not use another person's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may use LDPWorkshop for lawful personal use only. You may not:
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
- Attempt to access accounts or data that is not yours
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service or its data
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
4. Your content
You own the content you create on LDPWorkshop - your parts data, setup configurations, photos, ride logs, and notes.
By uploading content, you grant LDPWorkshop a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the service. This includes displaying your public profile and public setup pages to other users and visitors.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit, including photos.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not sell your content.
5. Public content
When you set your profile or a setup to public visibility, that content becomes visible to anyone, including people without an account. You control this setting and can change it at any time.
You should not post any personal information you are not comfortable making public in any content you mark as public.
6. Third-party integrations
LDPWorkshop integrates with Strava for activity sync. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Strava's practices or availability.
When paid plans launch, payment processing will be handled by Stripe. Your use of Stripe's payment services is governed by Stripe's terms of service.
7. Paid plans and billing
LDPWorkshop currently operates in a free beta period. Paid plans are planned for a future date.
When paid plans are introduced:
- You will be notified in advance
- Beta users will be given reasonable notice before any features are gated behind payment
- Payments will be processed securely via Stripe
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep LDPWorkshop available and functional but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Contact ldpworkshop.com@gmail.com to request this.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
LDPWorkshop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Part specifications, weights, and other data in the community parts catalog are provided for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data. You should verify specifications independently before making purchasing or safety decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LDPWorkshop and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LDPWorkshop and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
For users in the European Union or United Kingdom: Nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting ldpworkshop.com@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Sections 4, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
15. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LDPWorkshop regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.
